Tasting Notes
COLOR: Amber with copper highlights.

AROMA: Toffee, cinnamon, clove, roasted hazelnut, Mexican vanilla, orange marmalade, quince, and toasted oak.
FLAVOR: Nutmeg, clove, orange marmalade, and toasted oak with a silky mouthfeel.

Its external beauty tells the story of its origin. At the bottom, the spirals superimposed on the raw clay symbolize the earth’s fertility.

Clase Azul Aejo, also known as “Edicion Indígena-Mazahua” (Mazahua Edition) due to the bottle design’s tribute to the culture, is an ultra- premium anejo tequila made from Tequilana Weber Blue Agave. Its intense amber colour and layered aromas are a result of an extended period of ageing.
Clase Azul Anejo is best tasted without mixing because of its complex aroma and various flavors.
